Mosquito Killer, Granular
The active ingredient in Mosquito Killer is Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies israelensis (BTI). BTI is a bacterium that is deadly to mosquito larvae but harmless to other living things. Mosquito Killer, a cob granular product suitable for aerial or ground application is a selective microbial insecticide effective against mosquito in a variety of habitats. When spread over the water surface, the Mosquito Killer releases a biological mosquito larvicide at the water’s surface. This larvicide gradually settles in the water where it is eaten by mosquito larvae growing there. The Mosquito Killer will give a quick kill within 24 hours. Simply sprinkle at rates as low as 0.01-0.025gm per 1 litre of water. Recommended re-application interval is seven to fourteen days, although control for up to 30 days has been achieved under some conditions.

Mosquito Dunks® float on water and slowly release a long-term biological mosquito larvicide. This larvicide gradually settles in the water and it is eaten by mosquito larvae growing there. Continuous ingestion of the active ingredient produces a chronic infection that kills the larvae. It will keep on working and suppress larval development for 30 days or longer under typical environmental conditions (Effective up to seven weeks – tested by the National Environment Agency, featured in The Straits Times and LianHe ZaoBao on 4 July ’03). Mosquito Dunks® have a central hole, which can be anchored to prevent from being flushed away. Mosquito Dunks® remain effective even after multiple wetting and drying.

Bestchem Fogging Solution
Bestchem Fogging Solution is a water-based carrier product to be used when you do not wish to leave behind a thin, oily film on objects within the area to be sprayed.
In thermal fogging, the formulation (i.e. mixture of the active ingredient with a water-based carrier) is exposed to hot air currents produced by the exhaust of a pulse-jet engine. The high velocity and temperature cause immediate fragmentation and partial evaporation of the fluid which is expelled through the exhaust pipe. As soon as the steam encounters the ambient air at a much lower temperature, it condenses into tiny droplets, forming a dense fog. This fog contains the appropriate dose of the active ingredient, present in each of the micro droplets that compose it. The droplets can ‘float’ and move over long distances without losing their effectiveness. They can penetrate and access sites with dense vegetation, and can reach even the most inaccessible corners within a warehouse or a store.
Anti-Malaria Oil is a ready-to-use emulsion for the control of Mosquito Larvae. There is no need to dilute or premix Anti-Malaria Oil. Anti-Malaria Oil is applied to collections of stagnated water by knap-sack sprayer. It will quickly form a stable, thin film of oil on the water surface, thus effectively cutting off the oxygen supply to the mosquito larvae.
Bestchem Mosquito Traps
